Tariff for Bed and Breakfast
Two Persons Sharing
£90 for the Ladywell Suite per night
£80 for all other bedrooms per night.
Single Occupancy
£65 single occupancy for the Ladywell Suite.
£55 single occupancy for all other rooms.
All prices include VAT @ 20%
Bookings - Weekends
At weekends and bank holidays we hope that guests will stay for two nights or more, but we will accept bookings for single nights, subject to availability.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, we will require a deposit equal to 25% of the expected bed and breakfast bill. The balance will be payable on departure.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Once your booking is confirmed, you have entered into a legally binding contract. In the event that you cancel at least 14 days in advance, we will return the deposit. In respect of a cancellation less than 14 days, but no later than 7 days in advance, we may return the deposit at our discretion, subject to being able to re-let the room or rooms. In respect of shorter notice or a 'no show', we will retain the deposit and will accept no further liability.
We would only cancel a booking ourselves for reasons beyond our control, and in that event we would refund all monies paid by you. We would accept no further liability.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards or cheques with banker's card . We ask that bills are paid no later than immediately after breakfast on the day of departure
Extras
There are no hidden extras, but Afternoon Teas and/or Dinners can be arranged for an additonal charge.
